We had a trip to Onjuku in Chiba Prefecture to take pictures, eat good food and generally have a relaxing time. We ate fantastic fish and couldn’t resist bringing some home from the fish market! Of course when you have fresh fish, you should eat it fresh! Enjoy the slideshow of me preparing the fish.
