Lahalle Seitai Komae

Lahalle Seitai Komae

Today I visited my good friend Olivier in Komae. Olivier offered to help me with using Seitai to assist the recovery of my recently broken ankle. He has a nice place, with a calm comfortable atmosphere not far from Seijogakuenmae, Kitami and Komae stations on Odakyu line and Sengawa station on Keio line.

Actually, he explained that Seitai can help relieve other body discomforts such as backaches, atopy, stress, stomach pain and sleeping difficulties. I had a treatment and Olivier taught me some exercises I can do at home to help the healing process.

If you are interested feel free to visit Olivier’s website and contact him.

Taking the train home

I even managed to take the train, luckily I had some good people to help me complete the job. One thing I have noticed recently on a positive side is my shoe cleaning bills have halved and my socks last twice as long!!!!!!!!!!

Tokyo to Nara, Nara to Kyoto, Kyoto to Tokyo!

Tokyo to Nara, Nara to Kyoto, Kyoto to Tokyo!

A round trip from Tokyo to Nara, to Kyoto and then back to Tokyo is 1079km, about 500km were driven with a broken ankle! Yes the Shinkansen is faster and probably cheaper in the long run, however, driving gives you freedom and flexibility, you also can experience the countryside of this wonderful country.

Not looking good!
